You’re Not Alone — We’re Here Every Step of the Way

At Epilepsy South Central Ontario (ESCO), we provide accessible, meaningful, and evolving support for individuals and families affected by epilepsy.  Our goal is simple: to ensure no one has to face epilepsy alone.

From early childhood through older adulthood, our services are designed to promote independence, foster connection, and improve quality of life. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, practical tools, or trusted epilepsy education, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Our programs support people living with epilepsy at every stage of life.  Adults can access counselling, one-on-one support, and peer groups that offer connection and shared experience. The Seniors Program provides tailored services that promote healthy aging, safety, and well-being.

Teens and young adults benefit from our Youth Empowerment Program, which focuses on leadership development, peer support, and building confidence. For younger children, Sunny Days Camp offers a safe, inclusive summer experience where kids with epilepsy — and their siblings — can have fun, build friendships, and grow in confidence.

We also provide Educational Workshops on essential topics such as seizure first aid, epilepsy basics, and family-focused education. For adults experiencing memory or attention challenges, the HOBSCOTCH Program offers cognitive coaching to support daily functioning and independence.

Please be advised that our organization operates without sustainable government funding and relies heavily on community support and donations. Consequently, there may be a waiting period of up to one month for certain services. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
