At Epilepsy South Central Ontario, we provide compassionate, personalized support to help you navigate life with epilepsy. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking connection and guidance, our services are designed to support individuals and families at every stage.

Individual & Family Support
Epilepsy can affect more than just the individual — it can impact the entire family. We offer one-on-one support to help you talk through your experiences, set personal goals, and build strategies that promote health, independence, and well-being.

Peer Support Groups & Programs
Youth Empowerment Program (Ages 14–30)
This program supports youth and young adults living with epilepsy — and their siblings — through peer connection, life skills development, and engaging social activities. We focus on building confidence, reducing isolation, and fostering education through age-appropriate programming.
Program Breakdown:
Teen Support Group (Ages 14–18)
When: 1st Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Online via Zoom
A safe and welcoming space for teens to connect, share experiences, and engage in activities that support self-esteem and emotional growth.
Young Adult Support Group (Ages 19–30)
When: 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Online via Zoom
Designed for young adults navigating independence, relationships, school, and work-life balance — all in a supportive peer environment.
Adult Support Group (Ages 31+)
Open to adults living with epilepsy and their family members (parents, partners, caregivers), this group provides a space to share experiences and build community.
When: 4th Monday of each month
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Online via Zoom

As a nonprofit organization operating without sustainable government funding, we rely on community support and donations. As such, there may be a waiting period of up to one month for certain services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
